SOFT PLAY TICKETS

– You will receive your tickets via email (please check your junk folder).
– Please show your order summary at the door when you enter the site.
– Please be prompt for your booked session.
– Cancellations can only be made up to 24hrs before your visit and will incur a processing fee of 10%.
– Refunds (full or partial) will not be given due to non-attendance / late entrance / visitors within the party not attending.
– Requests to change dates of visits can be made up to 24hrs before and will not incur any processing fees.
– We do not charge an entrance price for adults, however we may cancel adults tickets on any given booking if we deem the number of adult to child ticket ration excessive.  We will notify the booker of such cancellations via the booking system communications.
– For Under 2 (Baby Pirates) pricing: if you have a ‘babe in arms’ (e.g. a child so young they will primarily be asleep during your visit) or too young to use any of the soft play equipment, then you do not need to purchase a ticket for them.

– When booking tickets on the website, certain credit cards / debit cards (e.g. AMEX) will incur a processing fee of 10%  – you will be informed of this prior to making your purchase indicating you are using a ‘commercial card’ and this will incur the fee.  Please note ‘commercial card’ is the terminology the payment provider uses and is applicable to cards that are ‘commercial’ and ‘non-commercial’ (e.g. personal AMEX cards).

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Payments
– Deposit required at time of booking = £199.50 (10 Children – the party minimum count).
– You will be required to pay the balance prior to the start of the party based on the number of children you confirmed at time of the final numbers request, less your deposit (Balance must also be settled on all ‘extras’ i.e. Adult Food / Ice Cream etc.). Payment must be made at least 2 days prior to the start of the party. If you have children drop out once the final payment has been made you will not receive a refund.

Children with Allergies
We do understand that some children may have allergies that we need to be aware of and potentially cater for. We are happy to do all we can to ensure we provide the correct food items for these children and their food will be kept separate and labelled accordingly.
Please be advised of the following disclaimer regarding nuts in the food items we purchase in:
Nut Allergy: traces of nuts maybe present in the preparation area.

Birthday Party T&Cs
– Your deposit is non-refundable if the party is cancelled within one calendar month of the party date.
– Siblings (etc.) of invited party children must pay the applicable entrance fee if they are not on the invitation list.
– No food (for the children or adults) maybe brought in for the party, unless specific dietary requirements are being accommodated for, based on prior discussions with the management team at Pirates Landing.
– In the case of Extreme Weather conditions, where the local authority have deemed it unsafe to travel, a decision will be made, upon consultation with the Management Team, to reschedule the party to another available date. In such cases refunds will not be applicable if an alternative date is not chosen.
– In the case that Public Health / the Government mandate being in public spaces poses a health risk, the party will be rescheduled to another available date once the mandate has been lifted. In such cases refunds will not be applicable if an alternative date is not chosen.

EXCLUSIVE HIRE BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Payments
– Deposit required at time of booking = £250
– You will be required to pay the remaining balance one week prior to the start of the party (Balance must be fully settled on all ‘extras’ i.e. Adult Food / Cakes / Party Bags etc.). Payment link will be sent to you one week before, after final numbers have been confirmed.
– If you have children drop once the final payment has been made you will not receive a refund.

MEMBERSHIP T&Cs

General

• Membership fees are payable monthly in advance and are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

• Memberships must be purchased or renewed in person with a member of the Pirates Landing team.

• Memberships are valid only at the venue selected at the time of purchase.

• All visits must be pre-booked online.

• Memberships cannot be used in conjunction with any other ticket discounts, offers, promotions, or vouchers.

Membership Benefits

Membership entitles the named child(ren) to:

• Admission to the selected venue during the active membership period, subject to online booking requirements.

• Access to exclusive benefits, discounts, offers, and updates, which may vary throughout the year.

Membership Exclusions

Membership does not include:

• Priority or fast-track entry.

• Reserved or priority seating.

• Automatic discounts on food, drinks, retail items, parties, activities, or other chargeable products and services unless otherwise stated.

Membership Usage

• Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named child(ren).

• Fraudulent use of a membership may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

• Members may book a maximum of one peak session per day.

• All members must comply with Pirates Landing’s safety rules and venue policies.

 Membership Identification & Verification

• At the time of purchase, a recent photograph of the child associated with the membership must be provided.
• This photograph and any related personal information will be processed and stored in accordance with Pirates Landing’s Privacy Policy.
• The photograph will be used solely for membership identification and verification purposes.
• Upon entry to the venue, Pirates Landing staff may request verification that the child attending matches the photograph held against the membership.
• Failure to provide a suitable photograph or comply with reasonable identification checks may result in entry being refused until membership ownership can be verified.

Venue Closures

Pirates Landing may occasionally close for:

• Exclusive private hire events.

• Maintenance, cleaning, or equipment installation.

• Other operational requirements.

No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided for periods when the venue is closed.

VOUCHERS / GIFT CARDS

Voucher Values

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in denominations of £20, £25, £30 & £50.

Vouchers can only be purchased directly through authorised sales channels operated by the venue.

Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The expiry date cannot be extended.

Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

Permitted Use

Gift vouchers may be redeemed against the purchase of general admission tickets and play sessions only.

Gift vouchers cannot be used towards Birthday Party bookings, party deposits, party upgrades, exclusive hire events, memberships, or any other special event packages, unless otherwise stated.

Future Food, Beverage and Retail Use

At present, vouchers are valid for ticket purchases only.

Following the planned upgrade of our point-of-sale system, we intend to allow vouchers to be redeemed against eligible food, beverage and retail purchases. Any such extension of voucher usage will be announced separately and will be subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Part-Payment and Remaining Balances

If the value of a purchase is less than the voucher balance, the remaining balance will remain available for use on future eligible bookings until the voucher expiry date.

If the value of a purchase exceeds the voucher balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Non-Refundable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other monetary equivalent.

No change or cash refunds will be given for any unused balance.

Non-Transferability and Resale

Gift vouchers may be given as gifts but must not be resold, auctioned, or used for promotional purposes without our prior written consent.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers

Treat vouchers as cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of vouchers.

Replacement vouchers may be issued at our discretion where satisfactory proof of purchase can be provided.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend a voucher where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Booking Terms

Use of a gift voucher for ticket purchases remains subject to normal booking conditions, admission rules, opening hours, capacity restrictions and safety policies.

Right to Amend

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, provided that such changes do not adversely affect existing voucher holders’ statutory rights.

Statutory Rights

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
