• Failure to provide a suitable photograph or comply with reasonable identification checks may result in entry being refused until membership ownership can be verified.

Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective from 5 October 2026

General

1. Memberships are purchased and managed exclusively through the Pirates Landing website and are no longer available for purchase or renewal in venue.

2. Memberships operate on a rolling monthly subscription basis and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

3. Membership fees are payable monthly in advance and are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

4. Memberships are valid only at the venue selected at the time of purchase.

5. All visits must be pre-booked online.

6. Memberships cannot be used in conjunction with any other ticket discounts, offers, promotions, or vouchers.

Membership Prices

The monthly membership options are:

• Baby Pirates Membership: £25.00 per month

• Little Pirates Membership: £27.50 per month

• Bigger Pirates Membership: £30.00 per month

Pirates Landing reserves the right to amend membership prices. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Membership Benefits

Membership entitles the named child(ren) to:

1. Admission to the selected venue during the active membership period, subject to online booking requirements.

2. Access to exclusive benefits, discounts, offers, and updates, which may vary throughout the year.

Membership Exclusions

Membership does not include:

1. Priority or fast-track entry.

2. Reserved or priority seating.

3. Automatic discounts on food, drinks, retail items, parties, activities, or other chargeable products and services unless otherwise stated.

Membership Usage

1. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named child(ren).

2. Fraudulent use of a membership may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

3. Members may book a maximum of one peak session per day.

4. All members must comply with Pirates Landing’s safety rules and venue policies.

Membership Identification & Verification

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

1. Memberships automatically renew each month on the renewal date using the payment method provided at the time of purchase.

2. The purchaser will receive an email reminder notifying them that their membership renewal is due.

3. It is the responsibility of the person who purchased the membership to cancel the membership prior to the renewal date if they do not wish it to continue.

4. Cancellation requests must be made through the Pirates Landing website before the next payment is taken.

5. Once a renewal payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, partial refunds, or membership extensions will be issued.

Failed Payments

1. If a recurring membership payment fails, Pirates Landing reserves the right to suspend membership benefits until payment has been successfully received.
2. Continued failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the membership without notice.
3. Any outstanding fees must be paid before membership benefits are reinstated.

Venue Closures

Pirates Landing may occasionally close for:

1. Exclusive private hire events.

2. Maintenance, cleaning, or equipment installation.

3. Other operational requirements.

No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided for periods when the venue is closed.

Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Pirates Landing reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website.
