We operate Peak & Off Peak Pricing as follows:

Peak: Weekends & School Holidays

Off Peak: Weekdays Term Time only

Please note for Under 2 (Baby Pirates) pricing: if you have a ‘new born’ (e.g. a child only a few weeks young, so they will primarily be asleep during your visit)  then you do not need to purchase a ticket for them. Why do we charge for all children? Simply put, everything costs money, from electricity / AC / rent / wages / cleaning materials etc. We don’t charge for adults but we do charge for children.

General Information

We have 2 venues (Camberley & Wokingham) and all families are welcome. We are open 364 days of the year (closed on Christmas Day). If we are closed for any special events / exclusive hires, we will post this information on our social channels.

Childminder Discounts available. Please email camberleyparties or wokinghamparties with proof of your childminder status.

SOFT PLAY TICKETS

– You will receive your tickets via email (please check your junk folder).
– Please show your order summary at the door when you enter the site.
– Please be prompt for your booked session.
– Cancellations can only be made up to 24hrs before your visit and will incur a processing fee of 10%.
– Refunds (full or partial) will not be given due to non-attendance / late entrance / visitors within the party not attending.
– Requests to change dates of visits can be made up to 24hrs before and will not incur any processing fees.
– For Under 2 (Baby Pirates) pricing: if you have a ‘babe in arms’ (e.g. a child so young they will primarily be asleep during your visit) or too young to use any of the soft play equipment, then you do not need to purchase a ticket for them.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Payments

– Deposit required at time of booking = £169.50 (10 Children – the party minimum count).
– You will be required to pay the balance prior to the start of the party based on the number of children you confirmed at time of the final numbers request, less your deposit (Balance must also be settled on all ‘extras’ i.e. Adult Food / Ice Cream etc.). Payment must be made at least 2 days prior to the start of the party. If you have children drop out once the final payment has been made you will not receive a refund.

Children with Allergies

We do understand that some children may have allergies that we need to be aware of and potentially cater for. We are happy to do all we can to ensure we provide the correct food items for these children and their food will be kept separate and labelled accordingly.

Please be advised of the following disclaimer regarding nuts in the food items we purchase in:

Nut Allergy: traces of nuts maybe present in the preparation area.

Birthday Party T&Cs

– Your deposit is non-refundable if the party is cancelled within one calendar month of the party date.
– Siblings (etc.) of invited party children must pay the applicable entrance fee if they are not on the invitation list.
– No food (for the children or adults) maybe brought in for the party, unless specific dietary requirements are being accommodated for, based on prior discussions with the management team at Pirates Landing.
– In the case of Extreme Weather conditions, where the local authority have deemed it unsafe to travel, a decision will be made, upon consultation with the Management Team, to reschedule the party to another available date. In such cases refunds will not be applicable if an alternative date is not chosen.
– In the case that Public Health / the Government mandate being in public spaces poses a health risk, the party will be rescheduled to another available date once the mandate has been lifted. In such cases refunds will not be applicable if an alternative date is not chosen.

EXCLUSIVE HIRE BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Payments

– Deposit required at time of booking = £250
– You will be required to pay the remaining balance one week prior to the start of the party (Balance must be fully settled on all ‘extras’ i.e. Adult Food / Cakes / Party Bags etc.). Payment link will be sent to you one week before, after final numbers have been confirmed.
– If you have children drop once the final payment has been made you will not receive a refund.

FAQs

We allow children of all ages to enjoy our venues. We often get asked ‘Will my 10/11/12yr old enjoy it?’ Alas we cannot answer that question, as we don’t know what your children enjoy… if they want to sit and play computer games all day, then this probably isn’t the place for them, however, maybe it should be to get them moving!

Yes – if you want to guarantee coming into our venues.

Go through to the ticket booking page, select the date you want to visit and we are open in line with the play session times.

When a session shows sold out online, we are sold out. We do not hold any tickets back for sale on the door.

No – adults go free. When booking you will be asked to confirm how many adults attend so we can control overall numbers on site.

Yes. All children who come into the venue must be paid for, with the exception of ‘new borns’ (a few weeks old)

Simply put, everything costs money – staff wages / rent / waste disposal / nappy waste disposal / cleaning materials / electricity etc. etc. We don’t charge for adults, but we do charge for children.

Not anymore. If you want to use the ride on machines you will need to bring in some £1 coins. We do not offer cash back at the coffee shop.

No. Your Children must be supervised by a guardian 16yrs + at all times. Our employees are not there to look after your children.

No. We offer a fully stocked Coffee Shop with simple food to satisfy all ages.

No. We recommend you get there are the start of your play session to find tables together.

The only option is for your friends to request a transfer of their tickets to a session that is not sold out. They will need to request this via email – however, we cannot guarantee we will be able to process the request – particularly if it’s a busy day and the request comes in late… at the weekend we like to focus on service rather than emails 🙂
